Our thoughts and best wishes for a speedy recovery go out to Brody Harris from the U16's who unfortunately suffered a serious ankle/leg injury in last Sunday's trials against Wests. The safety of our players is always at the top of our minds and it's never good news when any of our players picks up an injury like this.
In true Stingrays fashion it's been great to see the support shown to Brody and his family during this tough time. In a comment on our Facebook page Brody's mum Kylie had this to say:
"Thanks Guys. This great club of ours is truly amazing. We have received so many calls and messages from not only friends and family, but committee members, coaching staff, team mates and parents. It's a horrible thing when your kids injure themselves, your heart just breaks for them especially when all they want to do is play a good year of footy. We are very fortunate to be part of such a wonderful caring club.
