Celebrating 10 Years Since Stingrays First Grand Final Win

The 2015 season marks 10 years since the first ever grand final win for the Stingrays JRLFC. Pictured above is the 2005 U11B team who managed to take out the grand final, the first of which since changing our name from the Stella Maris Stingrays back in 2002.

Of special note is the appearance of Cale Ryan in this team. Cale also went on to become a member of the first ever Stingrays RLFC senior team to take out a grand final for the club in the 2014 Regan Cup.

These boys were at the forefront of a proud club history for the Stingrays, and as we gear up for the start of another season we look forward to more great achievments being made by both our junior and senior players throughout the course of this year.
